You must be 18 to enter Bingo Hall or play Bingo 2. One and only (1) Red Admission Card Required 3. The Bingo Verification Ticket, with Correct Date, Must be displayed at all times. Ticket must agree with      number of Hard Cards or Paper Cards or prizes will be FORFEITED. 4. Extra Hard Cards on tables or chairs and you will not be paid. 5. You must Bingo on last number called and are heard by CALLER OR WORKER and raise your hand. 6. Flashboard is for player use and is not the Official Board. 7. Allowable Bingo’s are Horizontal, Vertical, Diagonal and Four Corners. 8. Bingo’s on Early Birds also all 4 V’s 9. No changing of hard cards after the first number is called and only between games.  Also if you leave your      cards they must be played by a Worker and not another Player. 10. PLAYERS MUST PLAY THEIR OWN CARDS OR A WORKER MAY PLAY THEM. 11. Seats may not be held for players unless that player’s verification card is properly displayed. 12. Protective mats of some type MUST be used to protect hard cards and tables. 13. All paper sheets are the responsibility of the player and will not be replaced if lost or if you played the       wrong sheet. Also Daubers, Crayons, or Felt Pens must be used on all paper game sheets. 14. ALL NUMBERS CALLED MUST BE MARKED OR IT WILL NOT BE PAID. 15. PLEASE PUT ALL CELL PHONES ON VIBRATE OR TURN THEM DOWN. 16. Do not glue paper specials to table---if worker can’t move them-Bingo will not be honored. 17. No admittance after 7:30p.m. 18. King and Queen will be chosen during Early Birds or regular Bingo. 19. 65 OR FEWER PLAYERS-PAYOUT GOES TO ALTERNATIVE PAYOUT 20. 66 PLAYERS AND ABOVE-PAYOUT GOES TO THE REGULAR PAYOUT 21. It is possible that a Special Bingo Game may be played just prior to the Jackpot Special. This game could       pay a prize of $20.00 to $ 50.00. 22. Glass containers of any kind of any alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the Bingo Hall. 23. Creating a disturbance, cheating or using profanity will mean dismissal from Bingo Hall. 24. Players from the Bingo Premises shall not remove bingo Cards or Sheets. 25. A bingo shall not be verified or honored or a prize paid if the Bingo is called by a person who has helped       play another person’s Bingo Cards (For example: on the phone) or from a player who has received help       from another player.  This rule shall not apply where assistance is give to a person with disabilities. 26. If there is a disputed game, the licensee shall follow the rules set by the Bureau of State Lottery. BINGO POLICIES IF THE Bingo Program is interrupted by an unplanned activity, such as power failure or outage, need for building to be used for disaster housing, water problems etc. The procedure for credit is listed below. 1.    If Bingo Games have not started, cards and paper sheets will be picked up and we will give money back. 2.    If Bingo Games have started, the following will apply;     a.     If early bird games have started---credit will be given for unused games, hard card, paper games and             specials. b.        If interruption is before intermission, but during games, then 50% credit will be given for regular games and all unused specials will be credited at full price. c.        If past intermission, No credit will be issued for regular games.  Full credit will be given for unused specials. d.        Hard Cards and unused paper will be picked up and recorded, players will receive credits for unused games on verification ticket.  Players must present their forms at the time of registration to receive their credit.  Players will have 2 (two) weeks to claim their credits.  We reserve the right to cancel the bingo program for the evening when the number of players is less than 50. Players who have registered and paid for their cards will have all moneys returned.  Any player that is ejected for not following the rules will be reimbursed according to the interruption policy listed above. Sight assisted cards may be used at all regular prices and used for all games..
