1. At the Club’s discretion, the use of it’s
facilities will be limited to the following:
A. Local Service Clubs
B. Local Non—profit Civic Groups
C. Organized Scouting and Instructional Youth Groups
2. The facilities will not be available if the requested
date is in conflict with Club activities.
3. Application for usage must be made by a representative
of the organization, in person, at a board meeting.
4. No organization may use the facilities without the
full time presence of a board member.
5. The using organization will pay the attending director
a
$50.00 supervision fee.
6. When permission to use is given, the board will advise
the organization which director to contact for access.
7. Necessary snow plowing, for users benefit only, will
be paid by user.
8. The following rules shall apply for all occasions:
A. Users must furnish all paper plates, cups, plastic
table service, garbage disposal bags, etc.
B. All refuse must be removed from the premises.
C. Cleaning shall consist of wet—washing tables,
cleaning urinals, commodes, and floors 0f
restrooms, vacuuming front entrance carpet, and sweeping
floors, and mopping if necessary.
D. Any damage to Club property must be paid for by
the user.
E. The building must be vacated by 12:00 midnight.
9. The user must provide proof of liability insurance and
also will hold the Frankenmuth Conservation Club harmless of
any liabilities resulting from the use of these facilities.
